**TonWork** - is a freelance platform for the telegram work market built on the **TON blockchain** and **Telegram Mini App**. This is a place where you can find workers: for developing bots, developing Mini Apps, developing smart contracts, writing posts/articles in Telegram, creating profile icon, stickers, emojis design. All financial transactions are processed by smart contracts, all user profiles and job ads are smart contracts, which makes them transparent to employers, you can see how many successful tasks the account has already completed, whether it has deceived customers. Workers can easily place their ad, and employers can easily find a worker with the right skills and a high rating. For the initial stage, we chose a worker-oriented system, which will reduce the number of scams as you look for the right worker yourself and the scammer may not even catch your eye, and in the future we may implement an order-oriented system as well.

Nowadays, TON is developing rapidly and mainly in the field of entertainment, meme coins, games, social platforms for interaction with users are created, but there is no stable platform (created by the community) that would support (capitalize) TON in more serious ways, our platform may not attract as many users as memes, but it will provide TON with stable support for the financial model and attract the telegram labor market to use TON as a way to earn money on their skills.
